Please use this page to confirm/update the HR details you have submitted to ALLFED.

As you will appreciate, it is important for the team’s HR information to stay up to date at all times. We use it not only for day-to-day purposes, it is also critical in any emergency or crisis that we can contact and locate you.

This HR Confirm/update form will show below what contact/team information we currently have or are missing.

Your HR information is confidential.

 

PLEASE DO:

- CHECK the form carefully

- If a data field has a value that is NOT correct - please amend as needed.

- If a data field is blank - please complete if you can 

- If a data field has a choose value, please select from the drop-down a value that is applicable.

- DOUBLE CHECK THE FORM BEFORE SUBMITTING, paying special attention to your address, contact details    and emergency contact details (this HR information is confidential).

 

PLEASE DO NOT:

- DELETE ANY EXISTING DATA (unless no longer accurate and replace it with correct data). The form is a live link to ALLFED’s CRM and “updating” it with blanks will erase information from our system.

- Submit the form before reviewing its information accuracy.

For the Processing of ALLFED Contact data, please note that the ALLFED (Greenrope) CRM platform must include the function for contacts receiving emails to indicate their email preferences. Therefore, if you clicked Unsubscribe or update your email preferences at the bottom of the email you received instead of clicking on the green update profile button and can see some additional check boxes below to the left of form. 

Please assist us by:

1) Confirming the intent to receive emails from the system

2) Not ticking the Unsubscribe from all emails checkbox

3) Not Reporting the email/form as Spam
